Y. David Scharf Quoted in Article on Real Estate Developer’s Failed Project

David Scharf was quoted on the demise of developer Ruddy Thompson's Upper Manhattan condominium project that lead to the collapse of his business in the article “A Developer's Project Becomes his Downfall”, in the October 8, 2018 issue of Crain's New York Business.
The article chronicles the combination of recession, cost overruns, and disputes with lenders and partners that lead to the failure of Thompson's project to build a 23-story, 114-unit residential condominium in Washington Heights.
