The Deadline for New York Employers to Implement or Update Their Anti-Sexual Harassment Policies and Have Completed Mandatory Sexual Harassment Training is Fast Approaching

Under recently enacted amendments to New York State’s Human Rights Law, New York employers are required by no later than October 9, 2018 to adopt and distribute anti-sexual harassment prevention policies, and to implement mandatory sexual harassment prevention training on an annual basis.
