Jason Gottlieb, Daniel Isaacs and Christopher Pendleton Author Article on Insider Trading Law and Cryptocurrency

February 16, 2018 – Jason Gottlieb, Daniel Isaacs and Christopher Pendleton authored the article “Insider Trading and Cryptocurrency: A Primer for Traders” that appears in the February 19, 2018 issue of Bloomberg Law – Securities Regulation & Law Report.

The article is a primer for every cryptocurrency trader doing business in the United States on relevant insider trading laws.  It also outlines basic principles that traders and their firms should heed in order to avoid actual wrongdoing, as well as the appearance of impropriety that could attract unwanted attention from regulators.  Click here to read the article.
