January 19, 2018 – Morrison Cohen represented the shareholders of Trimite Powders Inc., a well-recognized name within the powder coatings industry based in Spartanburg, South Carolina, in connection with the sale of Trimite Powders to Protech/Oxyplast Group, one of the world's largest manufacturers and marketers of powder coatings based in Montreal, Canada. The transaction closed on December 15, 2017. Protech will maintain Trimite Powders' powder manufacturing operations in Spartanburg.
