David Saxe Explores the Transition to Digital Courtrooms

May 7, 2020 - Morrison Cohen partner Hon. David B. Saxe (ret.), a former Associate Justice of the Appellate Division, First Department, authored the article “Digital Courtroom Advocacy: A Second Look” that appeared in the New York Law Journal on May 5, 2020.  
 
As courts begin transitioning to virtual operations and appearances, Judge Saxe explores the benefits and setbacks of a possible greater digital courtroom presence after the pandemic.
