Main Street Lending Program Comparison Chart

June 10, 2020 - On June 8, 2020, the Federal Reserve released revised term sheets and a comprehensive Frequently Asked Questions guide relating to the announcement of the Main Street Lending Program.  The Main Street Lending Program is one of a number of federal programs intended to stimulate the economy in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.  The program now includes a Main Street Priority Loan Facility in addition to the previously announced Main Street New Loan Facility and Main Street Expanded Loan Facility.  Our updated chart provides a comparison of the terms of these three programs.
