Pro Bono – Firm Defends Special-Needs Cycle Manufacturer In SEC Investigation

March 31, 2020 – Daniel C. Isaacs and Jason Gottlieb, on behalf of Texas-based company Cycle for Life, Inc. and its principal, successfully settled a formal investigation and litigation by the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as made public through filings in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.  Cycle for Life manufactures therapeutic cycles for children and adults with special needs, providing those individuals with mobility and therapeutic benefit.  Each cycle is custom designed for the rider, and may include special adaptive specifications.  As a result of the Firm's defense and negotiations, the company was able to settle with the SEC on terms that preserved the company's business, allowing it to continue manufacturing cycles for individuals with special needs.
