North Castle Partners Completes Sale of gloProfessional
Morrison Cohen client North Castle Partners has announced the completion of its sale of Caleel + Hayden Holdings, Inc. (doing business as gloProfessional), a leading developer and marketer of mineral-based cosmetics, to private equity firm Swander Pace Capital and its affiliates. gloProfessional provides products to over 5,000 dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons, aestheticians, spas, and salons both domestically and internationally.
North Castle is a leading private equity firm focused on investments in consumer-driven companies that promote healthy, active and sustainable lifestyles. The terms of the sale were not disclosed. Morrison Cohen represented North Castle Partners in the transaction.
