Uniboard USA LLC Announces Sale of its Moncure, North Carolina Facilities
Uniboard USA LLC, a subsidiary of Pfleiderer AG, the German publicly-held manufacturer of engineered wood products, announced the sale of its Moncure, NC, particleboard, fiberboard and melamine operations to a US subsidiary of Paneles Arauco S.A. (Chile). Morrison Cohen represented Uniboard in connection with the sale and securing deal approval from Pfleiderer's senior bank lenders.
