Lori is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Real Estate Department. Prior to joining Morrison Cohen and for more than 25 years, Lori managed and directed all of the real estate related legal matters for a global real estate portfolio for a multi-brand apparel and accessories public company
Her experience includes retail and office leasing and the purchase and sale of office facilities, distribution centers and HQ locations throughout the United States and internationally. She has reviewed and negotiated asset backed credit facility documents, mortgages, guarantees, letters of credit, state and local incentive agreements, and ancillary documents in connection with numerous financing and corporate transactions. She also counsels on all real estate issues in connection with retail concept rollouts and closures, and corporate mergers, acquisitions and sales.
Lori began her practice as an associate in the Real Estate Group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
