Gillian also focuses her practice on retail and office leasing for both landlords and tenants in connection with commercial leasing transactions throughout the United States. In addition, Gillian has represented her clients in the financing and refinancing of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, mixed-use and multi-family properties through both institutional and private lenders, negotiating joint ventures, ground leasing and zoning lot mergers.
