Nicole Rallis brings her experience as an intellectual property litigator to her current transactional intellectual property practice. Her practice focuses on technology transactions, data issues, and a broad range of transactional intellectual property matters.
Nicole’s clients rely on her counsel regarding trademark usage and protection matters, copyright registrations and infringement issues, copyright ownership rights, trademark infringement and abandonment, licensing, and right of publicity matters. An invaluable member of the team, Nicole navigates intellectual property, technology, and data issues in mergers and acquisitions transactions, and drafts technology contracts. Clients also rely on her to understand their data needs and to evaluate data compliance needs.
Nicole’s broader experience includes issues regarding breach of contract, malpractice/fraud, unfair competition, and protective orders.
Nicole received a Juris Doctor in Intellectual Property and Information Law from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and president of the Media & Entertainment Law Society. She received her Bachelor of Music in Music Business from New York University, Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, & Human Development.
