September 5, 2018 – Morrison Cohen Partner Jason Gottlieb was named to the National Law Journal's inaugural list of 2018 Cryptocurrency, Blockchain and Fintech Trailblazers.  The NLJ profiled lawyers who have “moved the needle” in facilitating new technologies and digital currencies, and those building new cryptocurrency products to those regulating it.

Jason was noted for his counsel to startup PlexCorps, the first litigation target of the SEC's new Cyber Unit, and for launching the Morrison Cohen Cryptocurrency Litigation Tracker, an online running list of current regulatory actions, private litigation, and regulatory pronouncements involving cryptocurrency.
