David Saxe Appointed to Committee on Character and Fitness

September 1, 2017 - Morrison Cohen partner David B. Saxe was appointed to the Committee on Character and Fitness for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department

The Committee on Character and Fitness reviews applicants' past conduct to ensure that they are honest, trustworthy, diligent and reliable. Conduct that raises concern about an applicant's character or fitness may cause the Committee to investigate further. No applicant for admission may be admitted to practice absent a certification from the Committee that the applicant possesses the necessary character and fitness to practice.
