April 27, 2017 - The Hon. David B. Saxe, (ret.) and Danielle C. Lesser authored the article “Streaming of Appellate Arguments at the First Department,” that appeared in the New York Law Journal on April 27, 2017. The article makes a case for the Appellate Division, First Department – a leading forum for resolving important commercial disputes – to join other appellate courts in New York state and elsewhere in live streaming oral arguments for the benefit of the Bar and the public.
