Morrison Cohen client Uniguest, a provider of business center services in the hospitality industry, completed the acquisition of a competitor, Vertical Systems Incorporated (VSi). The acquisition enhances Uniguest's industry leading portfolio of guest-facing technology solutions and increases Uniguest's customer base to more than 10,000 locations worldwide.
