Lauren Brown represents clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and private equity investments, with respect to employment and compensation matters. She also advises both employers and clients in drafting employment agreements and other employment-related documents.
Before joining Morrison Cohen, Lauren was an associate in the Capital Markets Department of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.
