Emma E. McGrath Joins Morrison Cohen
Morrison Cohen welcomes Associate Emma McGrath, who joins the firm in our Digital Assets Practice. Emma focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution relating to cryptocurrency, digital assets and securities.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Emma was an international arbitration associate at Herbert Smith Freehills. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. from Cornell University. While in law school, Emma was an executive board member of the Fordham Moot Court, where she managed all competition teams. She also served as a legal intern at the Fordham Securities Litigation and Arbitration Clinic. Emma studied abroad at various institutions in China, including Peking University and Tsinghua University. She is conversationally proficient in Mandarin.
