David is an Associate in Morrison Cohen’s Corporate Department.
David regularly provides advice and counsel to Firm clients and his own clients on business matters at every stage of their life cycles, including start-up formation, strategic planning, executive compensation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and all forms of venture capital and private equity transactions. David assists clients with day-to-day operations, including regulatory and compliance matters, vendor and customer contract negotiation, intercompany and affiliate relationships, finance and fiscal matters, risk and liability allocations, human resources and employee benefit considerations, and review of electronic and social media content.
Following his graduation from college, David joined Teach For America and taught 7th and 8th grade middle school American History and English in Oakland, California.
