Stephen Soleymani is a Partner in the Firm's Real Estate department. Mr. Soleymani has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, representation of both borrowers and lenders in mortgage financings and the leasing of commercial property on behalf of both landlords and tenants. In addition, he has regularly represented owners, developers and tenants of office and mixed-use buildings, national retailers, regional shopping center owners, institutional investors and mortgage lenders.
