Mr. Saviano is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Department and Intellectual Property Group. His practice focuses on private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters, and all intellectual property matters. He has represented start-ups and established private companies of all sizes, and investment funds and their portfolio companies.

In connection with his corporate practice, Mr. Saviano represents clients in connection with a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formations, private equity investments, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.

In connection with his intellectual property practice, Mr. Saviano represents clients in building and preserving domestic and international trademark portfolios, licensing and development matters, and entertainment transactions.
