Isaac Grossman focuses on a broad variety of tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate tax planning and restructuring in and out of bankruptcy, international tax and special entities. His experience includes domestic and foreign acquisitions of both public and private companies, spin offs and similar transactions, equity and debt offerings for both the US and foreign markets, joint ventures and partnerships, real estate and corporate financings. His clients have included the largest multinational companies based both in the US and abroad in the media, energy, financial and service industries. In addition, Isaac has been involved for many years in the entertainment industry. He has structured the acquisition of several sports franchises and advised on league issues. He has also designed several film financings around the world and in the US. Isaac taught business law at The City University of New York and delivered guest lectures at the St. John's University School of Law on international tax issues. Isaac also assisted professors in the preparation of course materials for international tax courses at Columbia and Yale Law Schools.
