Donald H. Chase handles a broad range of complex commercial litigation at both the federal and state level, primarily in connection with the securities, airlines, real estate, venture capital, telecommunications and health care industries.

Among other matters, his practice includes the defense of securities class actions and complex securities claims on behalf of directors, officers and corporations, the prosecution and defense of securities arbitrations and litigations on behalf of customers and brokers; the prosecution and defense of various contract, commercial and administrative disputes on behalf of corporations, partnerships, officers, shareholders, limited and general partners and employees; mediations, arbitrations and other forms of ADR; and advice to and defense of doctors and physician groups in hospital disciplinary proceedings and related commercial matters.

Mr. Chase has made several national television appearances as an expert commentator on issues relating to corporate governance and securities litigations. He also has extensive pro bono experience with First Amendment issues in connection with religious organizations, and he is fluent in French.
